About
After working with hundreds of individuals and executives from around the world for 20 years, my life’s work can now be summarized in one principle: showing people that they don’t need permission to live.
People cannot reach their highest potential because they spend their entire lives waiting for one single thing: permission. Permission to do. Permission to change. Permission to start. Permission to stay. Permission to want. Permission to leave.
We may think this permission is being sought from family, friends, institutions, culture, authority figures, or social expectations. But in all my years of work, I’ve confirmed again and again that people are looking for permission from one person only without being able to obtain it: themselves.

Types of questions that can be explored:
• What if your “personality” is mostly a lie?
• Why do people stay loyal to lives they hate?
• What if fear is just internalized permission seeking?
• How many of your limits are imaginary?
• What if the person ruining your life is you?
• How much of your life do you choose?
• Who taught you what you’re allowed to do?
• What if you already know exactly what you want?
• Why do intelligent people ignore what they actually know?
• Who are you still trying not to disappoint?
• What if your success is keeping you trapped?
• What if your biggest problem is needing approval?
• Why do people wait until a crisis gives them permission?
• What would collapse if you stopped asking permission?
• What if your life is built around dying assumptions?
• How much of your ambition is actually fear?
• What if self-improvement is another form of avoidance?
• Why do we still defend identities we’ve already outgrown?
• What if freedom begins by disappointing others?
• What would you do if you didn’t need permission?
